ContractPodAi® announces the appointment of Kumud Bika as Vice President, Global Customer Success. Kumud (pictured above, 3rd from right) previously worked at sales engagement platform Clearslide, where she was responsible for building a thriving customer success function.
This newly created global role at ContractPodAi® is based out of its New York offices and follows a series of recent key appointments within its implementation team, with the aim of creating a New York implementation hub to serve its growing North American client base.
Notable clients include Benjamin Moore and Standard Textile, with recent new additions including Cypress Semiconductor, CommScope and Technicolor.
