Sarvarth Misra is a leading legal innovator with extensive experience in the legal technology and legal services sector. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Sarvarth is responsible for ContractPodAi®’s development, strategy and growth.
Sarvarth has led the conceptualizing, designing and the development of ContractPodAi® and continues to lead all new innovation initiatives, new routes to market and its commercialization strategy.
A thought leader in the legal sector, Sarvarth has written several articles and spoken at numerous conferences in the legal technology and legal services space.
A corporate and commercial lawyer by background, Sarvarth worked in private practice with leading law firms in Asia with a focus on M&A, capital markets and corporate restructuring transactions alongside cross border joint venture agreements in the insurance, information technology and financial sectors. He was often called upon by clients to advise on complex regulatory issues, foreign investments and taxation matters.
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Robert is a legal innovator with more than 30 years’ experience as a leader in the legal services sector.
His career includes being one of the youngest partners ever appointed to the leading UK law firm in which he worked for more than 20 years, which he ultimately led. Elected as Chairman of that law firm, he led the firm’s partners through a strategic and operational review which resulted in the firm becoming the core UK legal practice within KPMG’s global grouping of law firms. Robert then became CEO of KLegal International (the grouping of law firms with over 3,200 lawyers in more than 60 countries around the world) and began the task of transforming that grouping into a cohesive international business, sitting alongside KPMG.
When regulatory changes forced KPMG to change the business strategy of building a global group of lawyers to sit alongside its global accountancy business, Robert stood down from his position as CEO and from his partnership and launched a consultancy to assist law firms with operational challenges and to assist entrepreneurs and businesses to negotiate and manage large legal transactions.
Robert’s interest in and experience of strategic change in the legal services market led to the creation of ContractPodAi®. He has written several articles on the topic of how lawyers can improve business outcomes by embracing change, has spoken about “Managed Legal Services” and legal outsourcing at conferences in Europe, the USA and Asia and is an enthusiastic ambassador for the development and application of new technology in delivering commercial legal services.
Chief Operating Officer
Viraj leads ContractPodAi’s operations at global level and is in charge of ensuring maximum value creation for the company’s key stakeholders across various functions including product development, projects, talent acquisition and resource management.
Viraj has been a founding member of ContractPodAi® and continues to provide legal technology domain expertise for all new initiatives and supports overall project delivery to end customers.
Viraj has over 11 years’ experience in the legal technology and legal services sector servicing in the USA and UK across various sectors with multinational organizations including Thomson Reuters.
Chief Growth Officer
Jon Squire leads the marketing and sales operations functions at ContractPodAi®. From March 2018 his remit grew to cover the North American division of the business. He is focused on building the frameworks and infrastructure to sustain our strong growth curve – and articulating how we help client companies transform their legal departments.
Jon’s background is within the media industry, where he has worked across multiple sectors for media owners such as UBM, Ascential and RELX, with a focus on strategic product development and leadership of large scale marketing programmes.
More recently via his own consultancy business, Jon has led commercial projects with a range of clients including the Guardian Media Group as well as a number of publishers and tech businesses. Jon is based out of ContractPodAi® headquarters in London, regularly spending time in the New York office he set up, which is now a sales and implementation hub for the North American business.
VP Sales North America East
Deirdre recently joined ContractPodAi® to lead its commercial growth throughout North America. She is responsible for client acquisitions and builds relationships with key stakeholders of global corporations.
Prior to joining ContractPodAi®, Deirdre held senior sales roles within Thomson Reuters and Hilton Worldwide. She served on the Thomson Reuters Legal Advisory Board bringing her market insight and industry expertise to the Senior Leadership Team. Deirdre’s areas of focus include product development, market penetration, and sales operations. She holds a JD from Widener University School of Law.
She is based out of the ContractPodAi® New York office.
VP Sales North America West
Bob runs the go to market operations for ContractPodAI in the Western US, based in San Francisco. Bob brings 10 plus years of experience helping build highly effective SaaS sales teams and working with Enterprise customers to digitally transform their front and middle office operations. Bob came to ContractPodAI from Tipalti, a global Procure-to-Pay optimization provider. Prior to that, Bob worked with strategic accounts in the West for Apttus, a Quote-to-Cash and Contract Lifecycle Management leader.
VP Global Customer Success
Kumud Bika is Vice President, Global Customer Success. Kumud previously worked at Clearslide, where she was responsible for building a thriving customer success function. She leads our Customer Success team and partners with customers to grow and drive value throughout the customer lifecycle.
As a leader of customer success teams for over 10 years, Kumud enhances the customer experience and optimizes product and service delivery. Kumud is based out of our New York office.
Sales Director UK & Europe
Mark Langsbury is ContractPodAi’s Director of Sales for UK and Europe.
With 10+ years’ experience of providing legal information and software to the legal market (formerly with Thomson Reuters), he is passionate about improving lawyers’ efficiency and demonstrating how this can have a positive impact on the goals and revenue drivers of organisations as a whole.
